$75 for 3 people - and only 2 ordered food!

Wait was 15 minutes to get a table, then the service was poor.  Good thing everyone was in a good mood to get our vacation on, that we didn't much mind at the time.

Expensive and meh. not many options to choose from for food and drinks in the airport.

This location is closing, and I'm not surprised. They were way understaffed for the number of Poole they had. It took a good 7 min for me to get seated; then ones I was, I was told that they were closing so they didn't have all their menu items. The first two things I wanted they didn't have, so I settled on boneless wings.

The wings took a while to come out, but I wasn't in a rush as I was early for my flight. Once the wings did come out, they were dry.

What a sad excuse for a restaurant. I've been to the Ruby Tuesday just down the hall before and will be going there from now on. There was no line here so I stepped right up and waited several minutes before someone paid me any mind to seat me. This despite the fact that half of the seats in the restaurant were empty.

The server was quick to get me water and a menu and even to take my order. I asked for the simply grilled salmon just without cheese. After an unnecessarily long wait I got something that didn't look quite like what I ordered. The veggies (broccoli, bell peppers) were not there replaced instead by a sad, dried looking pile of spinach. It was a big part of why I ordered this. Very confused I asked the waitress "isn't there supposed to be broccoli?" She just said "oh...I guess that's why they put that, they must be out." Long pause with confusion written all over my face. Finally she said "can I get you something else, maybe a side salad?" I was visibly bothered and just said "Yeah I'll take it."

The salad came out with a pile of cheese on it. Like. She never even listened to what I said before. No cheese. I can't eat cheese. I just paid as soon as I got my sad looking meal. Won't be back...

This was the only thing still serving food at the airport.  I came here out of desperation. I didn't want to come because the wait and service is horrible.  Regardless, when I got my food (eventually), I was satisfied.

This is your basic TGI Friday's. We waited at the front for a good 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us, which was the worst part. The food was okay but TGIs outside of this airport one are much better, and obviously cheaper. If I were you, I would recommend a different restaurant rather than this one if something else is open. If not, it's not the worst, but it's definitely not the best.
